Τhe port of Linaria is not big, however it is the only one on the island of Skyros. As such, it hosts various activities in a relatively small area. Your positive attitude and conformity to the port regulations will greatly help everyone to make use the port facilities in a most convenient manner.

Visitors may park cars or motorbikes in the port appropriate parking areas. Should they are to park elsewhere nearby, they are kindly requested to disturb other people rights and priorities.

Bikers and children may leave their bikes at the especially sheltered parking areas

Car parking facilities may change subject to seasonal or exceptional limitations

Trailers and campers may not park in the port parking facilities. Instead, FREE parking is provided 250m. away, at the courtyard of the local Coast Guard building

You are kindly requested to properly follow the Coast Guard instructions especially during the Skyros Lines F/B “Achilleas” arrival and departure manoeuvrings.

Walkers may take some rest on any of the 35 benches and from there enjoy the sea view and the harbour scenery

You are kindly requested to properly use the numerous waste baskets as well as to litter recyclables into the blue bins.

Vacationers are prompted to make use of the special carts should they need to carry tightly closed plastic garbage bags onto the large bins located at the north and south ends of the port.

Shoppers may carry their groceries with “super market” carts at no extra charge.

People with limited moving ability may find no obstacle to easily access all port facilities.

Tanks for the disposal of used oil bilge water and oil residues are found in the north and south ends of the port.
